^ProblemsWhat are the difficult points for cookies decoration:
A. Since the cookies has a big size, so the point is how to layout the cookies location. And the corresponding requirement toward the moulds and the equipments key components.
B. Icings drying: After one colors decoration, the icing need to dry in the workshop avoiding to mixture with other colors. So the point is how to finish the nature drying procedure.

^SolutionsAccording to those reasons we have created a special depositor for cookies decoration:
1, Its suitable for large size biscuit and chocolate etc...
2, The best choose for multi-color decoration, the depositor equipped 6different color feeding hopper.

3,The depositor has 36 nozzles with 6 hoppers , by the nozzle s and hoppers can assembled together with random.That means each color can completed through 6nozzles. Produce 6pcs by one action . 

Mould specification:

The average stroke-length of x-axis and y-axis is 600mm, deduct the nozzles' position, average stroke-length is 300mm, therefore the moulds dimension should be 300*300mm.

Installation of different nozzles:

1, The nozzles have different diameter, to choose right size according to product's size.

2, the holes in the panel were placed in square shape, user can place the nozzles position with random.
