Solution
To solve those has listed problems we adopted connect at least 2 set Numeric decorating machines, each device can decorating 2-color,4set have 8-color etc.

--  After decoration, the chocolates becomes more colorful and beautiful, loved very much by kids. A deocrated chocolates has a much higher value than the common one.

 Introducation :

^1.The ingredients or materials:
The often used ingredients or materials for cookies decoration are: icing,Jelly drops,jam,marshmallow. Since different ingredient & materials has different features. So how to make machine to adapt the diverse ingredients or material is a difficult point.

^2.Accuracy and ouput requirements for the decoration:
Some lines and patterns require very high accuracy and fineness. How to make the machine working as flexible as a human's hands, meanwhile enough output are also the difficult points.

To meet all customers requirements, we designed our equipments for two types.
I. A decoration machine for a complete processing line, which has a high output, 2 colors decorations.
II. A mini stand-alone machine, which can adapt 4/6 colors decorations.

Herein, we will introduce the type I machine.

 

^NewTechnical Descriptions:

^1. Drawing & filling & brushing, all are applied and switched through software.
Drwing: Using the small nozzles to draw various patterns such as line,round, square and freewill shapes. The minimum line could be 1mm.
Filling & brushing: Using the big nozzles to finish filling and brushing in the freewill areas.

 

^2. Modular struture,flexiable manufacturing system (FMS):
Control center: PLC plus touch screen.
Sub-systems: servo moving systems;temperature preservation systems;cooling and conveying systems.
All components and modules are standard and changeable easily.

 ^3. Accurate and high-speed moving.
Piston moving precision:0.0005mm;
Minimal resolution of pumps:0.1ml;
Minimal decorating line: 1mm.
Continuously adjustable moving gears: 0%-100% the full speed.

 

^4. Friendly interface, easy to operate.
Easy to program: the way of teaching and playback;
All products patterns can be saved and applied anytime through the software.

All components are validated to industrial standards.MEBF (mean time between failures) is 5000 hours.
High speed servo system are moving with 48 nozzles efficiently, no bottleneck restrictions.
